The Problem

We
were
contracted

digital
company
that
was
looking
to
expand
their
business
into
the
Medicare
space.
The
company
had
several
micro
sites
to
target
seniors
for
medicare
with
inconsistent
branding,
various
fragmented
customer
journeys,
and
landing
pages
that
required
to
be
in
data
compliance
with
CCPA,
HIPPA,
State
data
privacy
laws,
and
CMS
approval
guidelines
for
SMID,
opt-in.

When creating this campaign it was important for us to convey Medicare in a calm, and easy- to-understand manner.
 
Medicare is an extremely complex topic as it contains four parts: Part A, Part B, Part C, and Part D.
 

Traditional media tends to show elderly people in sickly situations and that is exclusive of a large population of healthy adults 65+.
 
Therefore, we came with a fresh take on what it means to be 'elderly' and centered our campaign around depicting elderly people
with active lifestyles.
