Project Overview:
We are partnering with some of the world’s largest healthcare and pharmaceutical companies—as well as leading sports organizations—to deliver outstanding digital experiences for patients and athletes alike. In this fast-paced role, your design expertise will transform complex challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions. You’ll iterate rapidly on prototypes, engage in user testing, and refine designs based on real-world feedback. Your contributions will directly influence how technology serves diverse audiences, ensuring our products are not only functional but also a pleasure to use.

Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously in an agile, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. |
Advocate for and implement inclusive user-centered design principles across all projects. |

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, with 10+ years of proven experience in UX design for digital products.
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design processes—from concept to execution—with strong problem-solving narratives and measurable impact.Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and mentor team members.
- Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments and managing multiple complex design projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a global organization or in cross-functional, diverse teams.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies.
- Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop detailed user flows, journey maps, and design specifications that drive strategic decision-making.
- Experience leading usability testing and integrating design research methodologies to optimize user experiences.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for pushing design boundaries and elevating team performance.
Compensation:
