Project Overview:
We are partnering with some of the world’s largest healthcare and pharmaceutical companies—as well as leading sports organizations—to deliver outstanding digital experiences for patients and athletes alike. In this fast-paced role, your design expertise will transform complex challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions. You’ll iterate rapidly on prototypes, engage in user testing, and refine designs based on real-world feedback. Your contributions will directly influence how technology serves diverse audiences, ensuring our products are not only functional but also a pleasure to use.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, UX Research, and Marketing—to identify user challenges and design opportunities. |
Translate research insights into compelling wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. |
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within an agile, fast-paced environment. |
Advocate for inclusive user-centered design principles, lead design discussions, and present design rationale to stakeholders for buy-in. |
Contribute to design standards, guidelines, and strategies that ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across products. |
Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine and improve existing product experiences. |
Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the broader team. |
Present design rationale and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. |
Contribute to the evolution of our design standards and overall design strategy. |
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, with 4–8 years of proven experience in UX design for digital products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes—from concept to execution—with clear problem-solving narratives.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments and managing multiple design projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a global organization or in cross-functional, diverse teams.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies.
- Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus.
- Experience conducting usability testing and applying design research methodologies to inform design decisions.
- A proactive attitude and passion for pushing design boundaries to deliver innovative user experiences.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive hourly rate depending on experience and expertise. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact project with a fast-paced, innovative team.
