The Problem

We were contracted by a 2022 Forbes INC.5000 digital company that was looking to expand their business into the Medicare space. The company had several micro sites to target seniors for medicare with inconsistent branding, various fragmented customer journeys, and landing pages that required to be in data compliance with CCPA, HIPPA, State data privacy laws, and CMS approval guidelines for SMID, opt-in. We needed to address and solve for Scalability and data security compliance standards.

The Solution

  • UX Research (interviews & analysis)
  • Develop the Branding and Style Guide for Policyfetch.com, Policyfetchmedicareplans.com, and Policyfetchmedicaresupplement.com
  • Center for Medicare Services (CMS) Compliant Branding
  • Marketing Communications Guidelines
  • Designed 350+ Marketing Ads (Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram)
  • Deployed scalable, secure Landing Pages approved by CMS with SMID
  • Developed webpages to handle sub domains at-scale
  • Google Anaytics (GA4)
  • Incorporated Google Tag Management Solution on back-end
  • Invoca Call Tracking Scripts were implemented for dynamic phone tracking
  • All Policyfetch Landing Pages are incorporated with Trusted Form Scripts for any Lead Gen Form to issue a Certificate.
  • Lead Gen Forms built with TCPA Compliance and opt-in and opt-out
  • Produced, Directed and Scripted Educational Medicare Videos
  • Developed Content Strategy (CX) and SEO for all (3) brands.

  • After taking the client through The MORAL Design process, a brand and a product was born.

    Meet, Policyfetch ®.

When creating this campaign it was important for us to convey Medicare in a calm, and easy- to-understand manner.

Medicare is an extremely complex topic as it contains four parts: Part A, Part B, Part C, and Part D.

Traditional media tends to show elderly people in sickly situations and that is exclusive of a large population of healthy adults 65+.

Therefore, we came with a fresh take on what it means to be 'elderly' and centered our campaign around depicting elderly people with active lifestyles.

Video Campaigns

We developed (5) 30-second video spots to meet CMS Marketing guidelines. This campaign was built to target several audiences; people with disabilities, elderly citizens, ethnic groups, and active seniors.
